摘要
Three siblings with poststreptococcal acute glomerulonephritis are presented. Streptococcal infection, impetigo, and pharyngitis preceded the acute glomerulonephritis. In one patient, emm49-type Streptococcus pyogenes was isolated, a strain which has not been reported as nephritogenic in Japan. © Japanese Society of Nephrology 2004.
