摘要
This review summarizes information about the new gas chemical nanosensors with zinc oxide-based sensing elements. The available devices of this type are classified according to specific features of their sensing elements. The resulting classification of nanosensors comprises three groups: group 1, uniting devices with coatings of only zinc oxide; group 2, including nanosensors coated with zinc oxide and an outer layer of another material; and group 3, including devices coated with a composite zinc oxide-based material.
