摘要：

Quality is a very imprecise term with many definitions. Essentially, quality is defined by those who demand and pay for it. Rehabilitation is the antithesis of a disability pension. Good quality in rehabilitation is the result of all measures that are necessary to avoid a premature pension. Thereby, the patient and quite often the physician providing rehabilitation are the objects of economic calculations, not the subjects of a process. © 2015, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
