摘要
ARTP mutagenesis aided MMC screening which was used for Aurantiochytrium sp. breeding.Optimal mutant strain obtained 9.22 g/L DHA yield and improved by 83.2%.The ratio of DHA in total fatty acids of mutant MA20 increased from 37.2 to 58.3%.Adding food waste liquid instead of yeast extract reduced 45% of the medium cost.
