A review of the interrelated business and IT aspects of constructing a project management information system based on the enterprise application integration (EAI), such as ERP and software, is performed. Methodologies for constructing PMIS are practically absent in the scientific literature. A theoretical methodology is proposed that is developed based on the analysis of scientific literature related to the problem and similar EAI methodologies used for enterprise integration.
