摘要
Proton-conducting materials produced by the sol-gel method were studied by spectroscopic methods. Films and xerogels were formed from silica sols modified with orthophosphoric and sulfuric acids, as well as with a mixture of these acids, with subsequent drying at room temperature and 150°C. The ionic conductivity of the xerogels and IR transmission of the films were examined.
