On a conjecture concerning Kloosterman polynomials

摘要：
In this paper, we rephrase the conjecture on Kloosterman polynomials over finite fields given by Hollmann and Xiang in [9]. More precisely, an alternate form of the conjecture based on permutation polynomials is developed.
