摘要
The traditional grouting support technology presents fatigue and failure during the process of excavation of underground works passing through water-rich soft rock. Based on the above idea, a new grouting reinforcement method, "self-solution grouting reinforcement method," is proposed in this paper. The method uses the surrounding rock water body as the hydrolysis and transportation medium of cement, and realizes slurry diffusion through the circulation of water system in the surrounding rock. This paper independently designed the self-dissolved grouting reinforcement indoor test device through continuous debugging and optimization, which can meet the requirements of the indoor test. The feasibility and mechanism of the self-dissolved grouting reinforcement method are explored and studied by laboratory test. Four kinds of consolidation bodies were obtained by self-dissolving grouting and traditional grouting on water-rich broken argillaceous siltstone and granite, and the mechanical properties of the grouting solid are compared and analyzed. It is found that the effect of self-dissolution grouting method in the water-rich soft rock like argillaceous siltstone is obviously better than that of traditional grouting method, and the uniaxial compressive strength and the elastic modulus are increased obviously.
