摘要
Vibration eigenmodes of a III-V semiconductor nanotube are found taking into account the crystal structure and piezoelectric effect. Electron-phonon interaction is studied, and it is shown that, in contrast to bulk samples, its piezoelectric part has a complicated dependence on the phonon frequency.
