Update of normative seismic zoning in the framework of the integrated information system for the seismic safety of Russia

摘要：
The article deals with updating databases and the general seismic zoning maps of the Russian territory (GSZ-97). Development of new maps (GSZ-2012) is considered. Recommendations on updating the building codes are made. The article reports on the development of the Integrated Information System “Seismic Safety of Russia” that involves operation of the specialized interactive maps of seismic hazard forecast.
