摘要
An innovative production technology for iron-ore pellets on a new generation of roasting machines is considered. The MOK-1-592M roasting machine is the basic component in the TKOM-3 pellet-production system, which went into operation at PAO Mikhailovskii GOK in 2015. The characteristics of the following products are presented: fluxed pellets of basicity 0.5; pellets based on superenriched concentrate with high iron content and low silicon-dioxide content for direct reduction; and pellets consisting of a mixture of hematite and magnetite. The production of such pellets is discussed, and the possibility of improving pellet quality at roasting machine 3 is analyzed. © 2017, Allerton Press, Inc.
