摘要
A new modification of the high-temperature synthesis of AII-BVI semiconductor nanocrystals based on controlled temperature alteration during synthesis was suggested. This technique was shown to make it possible to synthesize CdSe nanocrystals with the necessary sizes and a narrow size distribution. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2009.
