摘要
Many of the light induced processes, which are associated with photonics devices, are ultrafast and complete within a few picoseconds. Understanding the mechanisms of these processes is essential in designing and fabrication of an efficient device. In the present article, we have reviewed our recent studies on ultrafast charge and electron transfer processes in a few important chemical systems as well as exciton dynamics in organic nanoaggregates, which are potential photonic materials.
