摘要
Abstract: This paper discusses the changes in the content of the austenitic phase of dual-phase magnetic material upon changes in the composition of a gaseous mixture. It has been noted that, up to a certain time, an increase in the hydrogen content of a gaseous mixture leads to a significant increase in the austenitic-phase content. Further increase in hydrogen content results in a greater depth of nitriding; however, the content of the austenitic phase decreases, the surface layer becomes brittle, and there occur microcracks and destruction of the near-surface region. © 2022, Allerton Press, Inc.
