摘要
A theoretical description of plastic deformation of nanotwinned metals or ultrafine-grained metals containing high-density nanotwin ensembles is developed. Plastic deformation in terms of the proposed micromechanical approach is performed due to a sequential increase in the thickness of periodically distributed nanotwins. The “yield stress–deformation” dependence is constructed for nanotwinned copper (Cu), and its yield point is evaluated.
