摘要
The purpose of the study is to analyze the factor structure of the Farsi translation of the Employer Attractiveness Scale in Iran and to compare the results with the results of studies in other countries. The study aims to help Iranian employers to understand the factors that university graduates consider in their future careers. In this study the cross-cultural validation of the Employer Attractiveness scale (EmpAt) was conducted. We administrated a survey of 216 students from the two most competitive universities in Iran. Using the Farsi translation of Employer Attractiveness scale (EmpAt) we examined the factor structure using confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis.
