摘要：
The article generalizes the methodical approaches to construction of the company's cost management system and defines the directions of transformations in such systems taking into account the contemporary challenges. It grounds the thesis that in the postindustrial economy the key factor of the company cost increase is the increase of its intellectual capital cost.
