摘要：

The theory of macroeconomics, based on market stability, is the classic approach to macroeconomic policy. The new approach to macroeconomics is its research from the general systems theory angle. This approach can neither be called monetarism nor Keynesianism. By applying systems theory algorithms, results can be obtained which may have a positive influence on the train of thought of economists dealing with the state's economic policy. This theory brings new information in the area of transitional phenomena which are mainly the economical cycles active in real economy.
