摘要
Using automatic adaptive equalization to improve data rate and bandwidth efficiency of underwater acoustic (UWA) communication is one of character of modem UWA communication. This paper deeply researches automatic adaptive equalization applied to UWA communication: LMS, RLS, variable step size LMS algorithm based on Sigmoid function, nonlinear functional variable step size LMS algorithm, variable step size LMS algorithm in matrix form and improved variable step size LMS algorithm. And these arithmetic is simulated. Through the simulation result, characteristic of these arithmetic is got.
