摘要：
Global sourcing strategies are increasingly being viewed by companies across industries as a means for reducing cost, increasing quality and enhancing a firm's overall competitive position. However, little empirical evidence exists concerning the specific structures, processes and capabilities that lead to effective global sourcing strategies. This paper examines the antecedents of global sourcing effectiveness and tests an explanatory model using covariance structure analysis.
