Modal Analysis of Vibrations in Fluid-filled Pipes of the Gas Generator

摘要
The three-dimensional transfer matrix model of the fluid-filled pipes of a gas generator is developed. Considering the Poison's coupling and junction coupling, the axial, lateral and torsional vibrations of the fluid-filled pipe member are analyzed. Then the system characteristic equations are derived using the joint and field transfer matrixes. The modal analysis can be performed by solving the characteristic equations. An experiment which includes the fluid-filled pipe carrying the fuel of the gas generator is proposed. Results show that the proposed transfer matrix method can effectively and accurately model the dynamic characteristics of the fluid-filled pipes of the gas generator.
