摘要
Regularities have been studied that characterize the existence of the electret state in multicomponent solid solutions of the lead zirconate-titanate (PZT). When the unit cell displays rhombohedral distortion in these solutions, their electret state is more stable compared to the case of the tetragonal distortion. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
