摘要
Training new employees, advertising for new employees, lost productivity among the employees left behind who are upset about their colleague's departure, using expensive contract and temporary employees to do the work until a permanent employee is hired, as well as costs associated with replacing lost business The productivity of an organization will be negatively impacted by employee attrition owing to the lack of replacements when employees leave or retire from the company. When a corporation reduces its workforce, HR professionals use this word to describe it. Among the variables considered in this research are employee benefits, employee-employer relations, peer relations, and job satisfaction. Reliability, correlation, regression, and the chi test were all used to review the information.
