摘要：
Currently, there were more research on enterprise internationalization in academia but less related with international operation for Chinese farm machinery enterprises. Based on the analyses of existent theories on international operation, the paper discussed the inevitability, motives and actuality of international operating, the main problems in international development, and strategic choice to international market.
