A 10 Gb/s 8 channel transmission experiment over 480 km with 120 km repeater spacing using frequency modulated RZ pulse format

摘要
We show the feasibility of 10 Gb/s 8 channel multi-repeater transmission over dispersion shifted fiber. Transmission over 480 km with 120 km long repeater spacing was realized with frequency modulated RZ pulse format.
