Research on coordination management of knowledge alliance high-tech virtual enterprises

The paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of high-tech virtual enterprise knowledge and formed Cause of knowledge alliance, which pointed out that it impacts three factors of the synergy of the knowledge-based and high-tech virtual enterprise, namely, member contribution, close members and potential of the Union; and put forward through identifying the source of the contributions that can strengthen the basis of the strategic alliances, through enhancing the close of the Union for the cooperation of the parties to create a good atmosphere, and through creating a new vision for the Alliance that can provide the direction and motivation, thereby enhance the synergies.
