摘要：
Several examples of extreme rain floods on the southern Far East and East Siberia territory are described. It's forming conditions, spatial distribution and hazard evaluations are discussed. The Flood Cycle Model is presented shortly, developed specially to solve different tasks of hydrological engineering in that regions.
