摘要：
Based upon a theoretical analysis of the financial holding company's governance and the risk control, this paper discusses the duality and causes of the risk in financial holding company, analyses the present situation and the existing problems of the risk control and company's governance in Chinese finance holding company, and proposes a series of countermeasures on how to control risk and govern companies for the supervising bodies and the financial circles to promote core competence of Chinese banking industry.
