摘要：
At present, Financial Holding Company (hereafter FHC) has become the trend in international finance. However, studies on capital adequacy ratio and supervision on FHCS are still going on, some solutions and experience have been provided by international institutions and financial regulatory authorities of America and other countries. Drawing on this, the paper tentatively offers some suggestion on capital adequacy ratio (CAR) in and super-vision on FHCs.
