摘要
Established operators have a migration strategy to an all-IP network. This network must allow them to offer new revenue-earning services, while providing a cost-effective network for the delivery of new and traditional services alike. However, for the incumbent operators in particular, the move from the current network to the next-generation IP network is a complicated and slow process.
