摘要：
In the era of knowledge economy, human capital is an important issue to be studied. For the purpose of effectively managing human capital, the author discusses the distribution of return on human capital from three aspects, i.e. the chasing of interest by individuals and enterprises in their mutual choosing process; the distribution of return on human capital between individuals, enterprises and nation; and the distribution and balance of interest between management and the managed level.
