摘要
The new graduate RNs' first job lands them squarely in the middle of extraordinary workplace complexity and extreme psychological stress. Met with a whole host of daily challenges, the organization's understanding of the new graduate's psychodynamic coping strategies can make a difference in the sucess of the onboarding program.
