摘要：

On March 23, 2021, the European Committee of Social Rights 2021 Conclusions were published. On this occasion it was Group 2's turn, that is precepts relating to rights to health, social security and social protection. This study analyses them, showing the general results for Europe and the specific results for Spain. The objectives are twofold. On the one hand, to discover a worrying result of recurrent and increasing non-compliances of the Social Constitution of Europe. On the other hand, to contextualize and coordinate them appropriately in the legal system for their correct implementation by domestic public institutions. These have the particularity of being the first to decide on these issues after the entry into force in our country of the ratification of the revised European Social Charter and the acceptance of the collective complaints procedure.
