摘要：

Web services are very present in computing today. Several studies are being conducted in the context of Web services: specifications, security, performance measures and so on. In this paper, we propose an analytical model based on multiple-class queueing network to evaluate the performance of Web service architecture. Numerical results are given for considered performance measures.
