Study on incentives mechanism of developing low-carbon economy for the enterprises

摘要
This essay constructed and analyzed the multi-task and dual principal-agent incentives model of the government, enterprises, and managers in developing low-carbon economy. The results showed that the optimal effort of the enterprise managers on energy saving and emission reduction is affected by its risk aversion, variance of random variables, performance, task difficulty, and incentives coefficient, etc. The efforts of managers will decrease in the risk aversion, variance of random variables and tasks difficulty, and increase in the performance output and incentive coefficient.
