摘要：

As one of the first batch of low-carbon experimental areas, Yunnan's good ecological resources and natural endowments has well supported the low-carbon economy and provided the possibility. But its low industrial level and big difficulties in economic restructuring was proved to be a big challenge for the development of low-carbon economy. The paper has carried a research on the present economic situation. challenges. and opportunities to develop low-carbon economy in Yunnan by SWOT analysis, and discusses countermeasures of how to develop low-carbon economy in Yunnan province based on the analysis.
