Research on the Reform Path of Higher Vocational Physical Education with Professional Quality as the Core

Physical education is a very important course in higher vocational education. It plays an extremely important role in training students' physical quality and cultivating their spiritual character. Under the macro background of education reform, higher vocational education needs to pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional quality, and integrate the cultivation of professional quality into teaching activities. Based on the teaching of physical education, this paper analyzes the value of integrating professional quality into physical education, then discusses some problems in the teaching of vocational physical education, finally, the professional quality as the core, this paper puts forward some specific measures to reform the teaching of physical education, hoping that it can give some references to relevant persons to promote the teaching of physical education in the new era getting a better development.
