摘要
In an increasingly competitive environment, each state has developed its own model of management according to its vision and culture. The management models of the great world economic powers represent for the developing countries important systems to follow and implement. The Japanese management instruments are currently between the most commonly studied and adapted. One of the most important concepts in Japanese Management is Kaizen, which means continuous improvement. Kaizen is used in all business functions and aims to eliminate waste. In this study we present the implementation of a concrete improvement in a Romanian company, which operates in automotive industry, describing in detail the taken steps to elaborate the analysis and the effects of the implementation.
