摘要：
This paper starts from the viewpoint that risk management is a specific application of knowledge in order to control the deviations from strategic objectives. This study is looking for insights into how knowledge management can improve the enterprise risk management. The paper is a case study of the impact of using knowledge management in Romania and in it we will present the advantages and the disadvantages of using the knowledge management, we will classify the risks that can appear and I will present a model for this risks.
