摘要
The article presents the use of ERP/MES systems in the environment of smart devices of the fourth industrial revolution. The analysis of literature sources concerning the examined subject matter was carried out in the paper as well as the practical example of the integration of the presented software with the technologies of Industry 4.0 was depicted. The research objective was to analyze and assess the impact of the integration of ERP/MES information systems with the devices of Industry 4.0 on the growth in the performance of the cyber-physical system. The case study was conducted based on the research materials shared by the company manufacturing machinery and equipment for the polymer processing industry, i.e. Wittmann Battenfeld, applying intelligent solutions for Industry 4.0.
