摘要：
There are some issues should be researched further under the new frame of state-owned asset operation and supervision. First, as the trustee of government to be the sponsor, how to coordinate the function performance government assets committee with government-the public governor. Second, How to establish a government assets float system which is not only advantageous to the regular market withdraw, but also advantageous to market enter. Third, the allocation of profits on government assets operation or sell-out.
