摘要：
Based on the problems existing in management system of state-owned assets, this paper gives a three-level model of management, that is "state-owned assets management committee-state-owned assets running setups-state-owned enterprises", and then it puts forward some suggestions on perfecting supervision and running system of Chinese state-owned assets.
