摘要
Creeping wave is apart from a total scattering wave from a dielectric-covered cylinder by using the method of Fast Fourier Transformation in this paper. When the thickness of the dielectric layer is thin enough, surface impedance can be equivalent to the contribution of thickness, permeability and permitivity of the dielectric. The variations of the creeping wave versus the observation angle and the surface impedance are analyzed.
