摘要
Computer vision system (CVS) is an important component of the robotics systems. One of the main goals of computer vision is to automatically interpret the general digital images of arbitrary scenes. Industrial applications like a robots spray painting automobiles on a moving assembly line, pipelined processing for high speed document imaging, wafer alignment for semi-conductor production, in-process inspection of papers, glass, films and textiles for flaws, etc. must meet real-time requirements. There are several available systems on the market, but most of them are not suited for real-time imaging processing. The proposed solution for computer vision system for automated analysis of robot movement is expected to improve its precision, which also has implications for design of robots and computers. The system is intended to work in industrial environment with low-quality illumination, has small sizes and low energy consumption. The system is designed with the aspect of an optimal price to performance ratio.
