摘要
The paper discusses the new urban food movements and their spatial effects, aesthetic staging and economic concepts. Based on qualitative case studies from Germany, it is shown how the 're-embedding' of diet arrangements is practically tested in everyday life and in regional economic contexts. To this, we propose an understanding of "transformative economics" and highlight how transformative ideas of urbanity, prosperity and collective action arise. Compared to older eco-social movements, the new actors always act on several levels at the same time, addressing the complexity requirements of social change with respect to global discourse and problem-related issues.
