Discussion on Practical Teaching Reform during Comprehensive Material Science and Engineering Reform

In the reform of practical teaching during comprehensive material science and engineering reform of Guangxi University in China, a priority has been placed to moral education while importance attached to ability to promote comprehensive moral, intelligence, physical and art development for students, establish high-level and practical faculty with reasonable structure, reinforce discipline, key labs and teaching practice base construction, strengthen cooperation among industry, education and research, reform practical curriculum system and contents, enhance practical ability and innovation ability of students and improve cultivation quality of professionals, thus serving the industries with 100 billion RMB output value in Guangxi province. The periodical achievement on practical teaching reform has been discussed with an expectation on the future of major reform.
