摘要
Micromagnetic simulations are performed to analyze the sloped electric field (SEF)-driven motion of a magnetic domain wall (DW) in an anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) nanowire. Results show that the DW is moved by the SEF regardless of the absence of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI). The DW velocity is independent of the DMI but is found to be proportional to the modulation ratio of the SEF, and the DW velocity is shown to reach 1 km/s. The DW motion is caused by the Neel field, which is the effective magnetic field generated in each magnetic sublattice by the SEF. (C) 2018 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
