摘要
Salt River Project (SRP) in colla oration with a local homebuilder, C. Curtis Construction, dba Calex Homes, initiated a project to characterize the performance of photovoltaic systems in new home construction. Five PV power systems, each from a different manufacturer, ranging in size from 0.7 to 1.4 kW ac, were installed in a roof-mounted, grid-connected configuration on single-family model homes in the homebuilder's development in Queen Creek, Arizona. This paper provides an overview of the performance and operation of these systems for the period of November 2001 through March 2002.
