摘要：
Internal control is the main guarantee to improve enterprise efficiency. Chinese enterprises are also many corporate internal control issues, especially corporate accounting computerization has brought many changes in accounting business processes, increasing the complexity of internal accounting controls. Therefore, the analysis of the effects of computerized accounting system of internal control is basically, and it will propose solutions to internal control failures suggestions and countermeasures.
