摘要
We consider the inhomogeneous de Sitter group and study its irreducible representations for the massless case. Discrete symmetries associated to such a group acquire a geometrical interpretation. We discuss the pair-creation mechanism in external electromagnetic fields, where the Zitterbewegung turns out to be the key to understand such a phenomenon at a first quantized level.
